Administering a quantitative survey questionnaire followed by Focus Groups, processing of findings and developing recommendations.

Analysis of organisational climate by major division and occupational groupings in relation to strategic and cultural change. Recommendations for improvement delivered to major divisions.

Activities
Analysis of quantitative survey findings, followed by qualitative research programme of Focus Groups to determine causes of opinions in relation to careers and equal opportunity.

Focus
To progress the development of leadership and team effectiveness among the newly formed executive responsible for the merged banking and personal financial products in the UK bank and foster the cultural development of the products organisation within the bank.

Activities
Developed Organisational Effectiveness Questionnaire as a basis for diagnostic assessment with executive team members; also conducted Peer Review among the executive team and provided confidential feedback; analysed diagnostic findings and presented recommendations to the top team.

Results
Gap analysis between current reality and desired competitive position and recommendations for leadership and cultural development developed and agreed at executive workshop.
