New unified grading structure (10 levels into 5), new reward criteria for salary and bonus awards and new performance and reward management process.

Global Investment Management Company



Focus
To establish the foundations for a performance culture within the Fixed Income and Structured Asset Management business.

Activities
Developed framework for defining accountabilities; clarified interdependencies; developed the management process; designed and led Management Committee Workshop and provided content for Communication Briefing and Management Guide.

Results
Key accountabilities and the corresponding performance measures defined for 10 job families; interdependencies clarified across the global business, Management Committee Workshop delivered and management process agreed and communicated.

Structured Finance Business of a Major Bank



Focus
To support the development of a Strategic Framework for managing four structural finance businesses.

Activities
Organisational research undertaken with the heads of business and selected key staff. An outline Strategic Framework and management process developed and refined with senior management.

Results
Core purpose, future vision and strategic goals clarified; key performance areas and key performance indicators established; major skill sets defined; and performance planning and management process developed and implemented.
