Susan Douglas, BSc(Hons), MSc.

Susan is a consultant business psychologist and specialises in individual, management and team development, training, facilitation, coaching and counselling. She also undertakes assessment for career development, recruitment and selection, exit and retention. Susan is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a founder member of the Association of British Psychologists, and is BPS qualified in psychometric testing for both ability and personality.

Susan has combined experience from working in commerce, the public sector and financial services where she had a successful career for twenty years with HSBC Bank. The combination of her line management experience and psychological training allows application of theory and research to real organisational issues and she can provide valuable insight that gives management a deeper understanding of their people and organisations.

A recent project involved working with senior management teams of Reuters to design and manage change. Another was working with senior managers at DHL in the selection of key senior managers in addition to supporting and developing core teams within the communications centre of the company. Susan has also recently designed and delivered motivational training, which she has followed up with a coaching programme to support individual development.
