Learning Methods

Our approach to the delivery of management education and development is to facilitate highly interactive and practical events. We typically use the following elements:

  • short inputs on the principles related to the subject matter content

  • case studies of business/organisational situations

  • practical individual and group exercises

  • personal and team diagnostics

  • whole group discussions

  • small group syndicate work

  • video presentations, when these will broaden managers' perspectives

Our style of delivery is relatively informal and flexible to allow for managers' different learning styles. The importance of preparing for the transference of learning to work is emphasised and we encourage managers to keep Personal Learning Logs.
