the merged banking and personal financial products in the UK bank and foster the cultural development of the products organisation within the bank.
Activities Developed Organizational Effectiveness Questionnaire as a basis for diagnostic assessment with Executive Team
members; also conducted Peer Review among the Executive Team and provided confidential feedback; analysed diagnostic findings and presented
recommendations to the Executive Management Team.
Results Gap analysis between current reality and desired competitive
position and recommendations for leadership and cultural development agreed at Executive Workshop.
